The Beginner's Guide: You Know the Exercises, but Now What?

The process of learning and remembering exercises was quite a feat to take on in and of its own, and youre extremely proud of yourself for making it this far. Now however, you feel a bit disorganized and lack some direction with all these new found movements. So whats next?..

The next step in the process is to build a routine, otherwise known as a program. Programming may have an endless number of combinations, especially when you begin to consider what goals you're striving towards. so logically, that would be the first question to ask yourself: whats my goal?

Once you determine your goal, you can then find out what type of program would work best to help you reach your goal. Within seeking out this program, you will find the most optimal exercises, sets, reps, schedule, duration of both the workout as well as the program, and the nutrition that coincides with said program.
